• K - 2nd Grade:        Middle School Wrestling Room

• 3rd - 8th Grade:    High School Wrestling Room

•  Monday & Wednesday    6:00 - 7:30 PM
•  October 30 - February 26
  

• Girls K-8th Grade:    High School Wrestling Room

• Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 - 7:30 PM
• November 5 - March 5
  

*Girls may attend Monday or Wednesday practices for their age groups (will wrestle boys at these practices)

December: No Practice 25, 30 (Practice Resumes Jan 6)

January: No Practice 1, 20 (MLK Day)                      

February: 17 (President's Day)

​Feb/March: (K-2 Boys only in March)

3rd-8th practices in February will be combined and will be at 6:00-7:30 in the High School room.  Due to space limitations, after 2/14 only State Qualifiers should attend (extra partners will be asked to join as needed).  K-2nd and Girls practices will continue the normal schedule.

​If school is cancelled due to weather practice will be cancelled.

Any optional practices over holidays will be announced at a later time.

Middle School Wrestling Room Directions: Enter at the main entrance.  Go through the doors, go straight ahead, crossing two halls, until you reach the wrestling room. 

High School Wrestling Room Directions: Enter the main gym entrance (off of 18th).  Enter the first set of doors, turn left and go down the stairs.  At the bottom of the stairs turn right and follow the hallway.  You will pass the pool area and enter the stairs immediately past the pool.  The stairs will bring you to the backside of the wrestling room.  You must go this way.  Please do not take a shortcut through the gym - you will be asked to go around.
